A battery charger is also useful in a mobile installation (truck, motorhome, ...) than in a fixed installation since it is designed not only to charge / maintain the batteries that are lead (liquid, AGM or GEL) or Lithium but also, for some of them, power users connected to the battery.
To choose the best charger to charge your battery, divide the capacity of your battery (in Ah) by 10h (minimum time for a full charge of the battery). You get the maximum intensity that your charger needs to provide. Chargers with a lower intensity will charge your battery more slowly. Chargers with a higher intensity are strongly discouraged.
